Terms & Conditions Effective Date: April 13, 2026

Welcome to Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™. By purchasing any product, service, or membership, or by engaging with any of our offerings, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all products and services offered under the Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™ brands and are governed by Canadian law.

1. Services and Products Overview

Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™ provide:

  • Digital downloads and PDF guides

  • Relocation Concierge Packages

  • Content Creator and UGC Coaching and Strategy Sessions

  • Consulting and digital resources

  • AbroadSchool™ Community membership

  • Any additional products and services listed on this website

2. Payment Terms

  • All services and products require full payment upfront to confirm your order or booking

  • Payments are securely processed via approved online platforms

  • Services and digital products will not be delivered without full payment

3. Refund Policy

Services: All service sales are final and non-refundable due to the personalized nature of our offerings. Please ensure you fully understand the scope of your selected service before booking.

Digital Products: All digital downloads and PDF guides are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital products once a file has been downloaded or accessed no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Please read the full product description carefully before purchasing.

Memberships: AbroadSchool™ Community memberships are available on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time. No refunds will be issued for partial months already billed.

  • Annual memberships are non-refundable once purchased. You will retain access to the community until the end of your annual billing period.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Clients may reschedule coaching calls or concierge services with at least 48 hours notice

  • Rescheduling within less than 48 hours may result in a rescheduling fee

  • Missed sessions without prior notice will be forfeited and are non-refundable

5. Scope of Services

  • Services provided are strictly limited to what is outlined in the specific package purchased at booking

  • Requests outside the outlined package will be treated as custom services and may incur additional charges

6. Client Responsibility

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information

  • For relocation clients you are responsible for your own visa arrangements, insurance, travel, and accommodation unless separately arranged in writing

  • Any decisions made based on information provided by Mai Abundant or AbroadSchool™ are the sole responsibility of the client

7. Digital Product Disclaimer

The information provided in our digital products, guides, and community is for educational and informational purposes only. It is based on personal experience and should not be considered legal, financial, tax, immigration, or professional advice.

Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your personal situation. Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™ are not responsible for any decisions made based on the information provided in our products, services, or community.

Results and experiences may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from purchasing or using our products or services.

8. Communication and Support

  • VIP Concierge clients will receive WhatsApp support during the outlined support period

  • Coaching and strategy clients will receive communication limited to their booked session unless additional services are purchased

  • AbroadSchool™ Community members will receive support as outlined in their membership

  • All communications are based on Vietnam Standard Time GMT+7 during standard business hours

9. Confidentiality

Mai Abundant respects client confidentiality. Any personal or business information shared during sessions or services will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required by Canadian law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, digital products, guides, frameworks, and materials created by Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™ are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any of our materials without written permission except where resell rights have been explicitly granted in writing.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada and shall apply to all products and services provided by Mai Abundant and AbroadSchool™.

12. Changes to Terms

Mai Abundant reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products, services, or community constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
